Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Email info@dmbsupply.com or call 516-207-0698 with your order number, and we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping
The customer pays for return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a description or photo of the damage, and we’ll cover the return shipping label.

Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a separate order for the new item.
